Big Idea: In the middle of your trial there is space to listen and obey God.
Application: God created space for Jonah to listen and obey, how is God creating space for you to listen and obey? God creates space for us to listen and obey out of His grace and our benefit. He creates space as we reflect on Him. God creates space so we might experience his sovereignty and providence. God created that space for Jonah, but we should learn from him and be creating those spaces in our own lives. Are you creating those spaces so that you might hear God speak and lead?
