Christ Over All

Big Idea: Because the light of Jesus cannot be overcome by darkness, the resurrection proves that darkness is not ultimate—and invites us to live in His light.

Application: Jesus invites you to live in His light. The question we have to ask is, will we step into the light, or stay where we think it’s more comfortable?

This you can practice solitude as you reflect on the realities of Easter and who Jesus is.

Create space for solitude.

1. Not as an escape from life… but as a way of stepping more fully into it with Jesus.
2. Maybe it’s 10–15 minutes a day.
3. No phone.
4. No music.
5. No agenda beyond being present.

Ask “Jesus, who are You in my life—right now?”

1. Sit with that.
2. Let it be quiet.
3. Let it be honest.

And then gently ask:

1. Where am I resisting Your light?
2. Where are you inviting me into deeper life?
3. What would it look like to actually follow You here?
